If you are the visitors, please apply for the Travel VISA from Chinese Embassy in your country, and we can not provide the official letter of invitation from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affair, so please pay close attention.

For the Exhibitors

If you want to get the official letter of invitation as the exhibtors, and please click the following link to submit the online request form for the letter of invitation:

The Application Period: August 01 - October 15, 2026

Note: please send the following documents to info@chinaagtradefair.com:

1) the copy of your passports 

2) the copy of your company's business license

3) the certificate of the chamber or tax authority

We can not guarantee that you will obtain the letter of invitation, because the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affair will spend some time on checking your application then make the decision about the issue of the official letter of invitation, so it is another choice you you to directly apply for tourist visa from Chinese embassy in your country.
